Thank-you for visiting our website. If you browse and use this website you are agreeing to be bound by its terms and conditions, summarised below.
We make every effort to ensure that all the products shown in our shop website are in stock, but if we sell out we will e-mail you directly to inform you. We will let you know if we can deliver your product at a later date or offer you a full refund. Please make sure you provide us with a correct e-mail address. We can then send you an order acknowledgment e-mail.
We reserve the right to update prices displayed on the go wild preserves website from time to time.
You may pay for the items which you order online with most major credit cards and debit cards using our secure online checkout. Your credit card will be charged when you place your order. If we are not able to fulfill your order for any reason your credit card will be refunded.
Standard delivery is £6, however our tasting boxes and presentation packs include free delivery. Alternatively select Local Pickup at the checkout to collect your order from our HQ in Portishead with prior arrangement.
We can only post to the UK Mainland. Please contact us regarding postage quotes for areas such as The Highland & Islands of Scotland and Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Isles of Scilly.
We aim to process and send out your order for delivery within 2 working days subject to stock availability. If this is not possible we will contact you.
Once dispatched to our courier, we estimate 3-5 working days for delivery but we cannot take responsibility for length of delivery time.
Seasonal tasting experience box delivery
- The Spring seasonal tasting experience box will be delivered in the week of 23rd March.
- You will receive an email (to the address you provided at checkout) when your box is posted.
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at email@example.com. As we try to process orders immediately, it may not always be possible to prevent an order from being dispatched. If your order has already been dispatched, you may return the items to us in accordance with our Returns Policy. If we receive notice of your cancellation in time we will cancel the order and we will not debit your card.
Returns and Refunds
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a fault with the product. You must return the item within 14 days of your purchase. We do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order. To return goods please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Every batch made will be as different as the day the fruit or vegetables have been harvested or picked, so please expect variation within the same product. If there is a fault with any of our products please email us at email@example.com with a description and picture of the fault so that we can resolve the issue with you promptly. We may request you return the item(s) to us.

Our kitchen is not a nut free environment and some of our products may contain allergens e.g. gluten, mustard. Please check the label at the bottom of each jar for accurate contents and allergen description before consuming.
Care of our environment and sustainability is at the heart of our business. All our packaging is recyclable.
Our preserves are produced using artisan methods and therefore subject to seasonal availability and changes in colour, texture etc. All measurements and weights are approximate. The reproduction of colours is as accurate as the photographic and production process will allow.
You may access and use the go wild preserves website for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not use the go wild preserves website or its contents (including all text, graphics, logos, button icons, images) for any commercial purposes without prior consent from us at go wild preserves.
