How it all started…
We spent our childhoods roaming the hills and woods of the Welsh Marches. Foraging and self sufficiency in fruit and vegetables was our way of life and preserving our produce as the seasons unfolded was part of the rhythm.

This marmalade has all the taste of our classic Seville orange with the extra zing of ginger.
Ingredients: Seville oranges 30%, water, sugar, stem ginger 5%, lemon juice
