How it all started…
We spent our childhoods roaming the hills and woods of the Welsh Marches. Foraging and self sufficiency in fruit and vegetables was our way of life and preserving our produce as the seasons unfolded was part of the rhythm.
Roasted Beetroot Relish
Delicious and versatile, this relish showcases earthy sweet beetroot, roasted with tomatoes, red onion, garlic and grated fresh horseradish.
We enjoy it with crackers and cream cheese, mixed in salad leaves and use it to liven up any sandwich filling.
Ingredients: beetroot 50%, red onion, horseradish root, red wine vinegar, balsamic vinegar, tomatoes, garlic, sugar
