How it all started…
We spent our childhoods roaming the hills and woods of the Welsh Marches. Foraging and self sufficiency in fruit and vegetables was our way of life and preserving our produce as the seasons unfolded was part of the rhythm.
Damson Jam
Tart autumn fruits with deep purple skins make an amazing richly flavoured jam. Eat with toast, crumpets or use as a filling in your favourite cakes.
